About Us

Established in 2009 by John Baldwin and Andy Taylor, Oneflow works with companies in many different sectors across the UK.  Oneflow provides consultancy solutions that delivers continuous improvement and enables our clients to solve problems in respect of process improvement, productivity and efficiency improvement including manufacturing strategy.  All of our consultancy services include implementation follow up and practical support.

Oneflow's aim is to help companies grow, improve and deliver excellent results by driving down costs and making processes more efficient. Our consultants have a proven track record with a breadth and depth of real-life experience in continuous improvement and have set up new factories, designed and implemented new production facilities, new product development processes and made significant contributions to the bottom-line profitability of our clients in industrial and service sector businesses.

This experience has been gained in demanding sectors including automotive and aerospace, where product variety, exacting quality standards and systems, short lead times and volumes ranging from 1 off's to just-in-time volume production, are the norm.

Oneflow is a lean thinking company; its founder's being experienced lean practitioners, establishing Oneflow as a hands on lean consultancy. This still forms a key part of Oneflow's offer today.

We understand that a one-size fits all approach doesn't work and this is reflected in our fees which can be based on full or part days, or on a project basis.
